Order Processing Times
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-4 working days, however, this may be longer during holidays and busy periods.
- Personalised/custom orders may take up to 12 working days to process and dispatch.
- Please note that some products are created to order, which may mean longer processing times.
- You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Charges and Timeframes
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery address of your order, and will be displayed at checkout once you have added the delivery address.
- Delivery times quoted are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
- We have opted to use a tracked delivery service where possible, as we consider this to be a more secure and reliable solution.
- Once dispatched by us, we rely on our delivery partners to deliver orders within the timeframes they have stated. Unfortunately, we have no control over when your order will actually be delivered.
- Our orders are usually delivered via Royal Mail, however, we may also use other delivery partners. Once processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:
- Standard – UK* (tracked or untracked) – delivery in 2-3 working days once dispatched
- Express – UK* (tracked or untracked) – delivery in 1-2 working days once dispatched
- International (tracked only) – delivery in 5-7 working days once dispatched**
- Free Delivery (via ‘standard tracked’) – delivery is available on UK* mainland orders where the basket/cart total is over £70 (after any discounts or coupon codes have been applied).
*Currently, we do not deliver to the EU (including Northern Ireland).

International Delivery
We currently deliver to a limited number of locations. These include:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
Please note:
- Prices shown do not include any local taxes, which may be charged in the customer’s location, and are payable by the customer.
- Non-UK deliveries may be subject to other local fees (e.g. duties, handling fees), and any such fees are payable by the customer.
- We hope to add more international delivery locations soon. For enquiries about delivery to a country not listed above, please contact us.
Order Tracking
- If you have created an account, you can track the status of your order by logging into your My Account page and clicking on the My Orders tab. Your most recent order will be listed first.
- You can also track the status of your order via our Order Tracking page, where you will need to enter your order ID and email address.
- If a tracked delivery service is used, once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number provided by our delivery partners to track your order.
Delivery Delays
- Please note that delivery timeframes may be impacted by UK bank holidays, international holidays, busy holiday periods such as Christmas, postal strikes, and customs processing delays.
- As Royal Mail is our primary delivery partner, we strongly suggest that you check their posting cut-off dates and delivery updates for holiday periods before placing your order, as severe delays can occur. Their service updates can be found here.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- If your order does not arrive within the time frames stated, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.
- If items in your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to provide your order details and possibly a photo to verify the damage.
- We will carefully assess all claims relating to lost or damaged items, which may include launching an investigation with our delivery partner.
- In the event of lost or damaged items, we aim to achieve a satisfactory conclusion in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Digital Products
- Please note that the above information relates to our physical products only.
- Digital products will normally be accessible immediately upon payment.
