Delivery Information

Order Processing Times

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-4 working days, however, this may be longer during holidays and busy periods.
  • Personalised/custom orders may take between 7-10 working days to process and dispatch.
  • Please note that some products are created in-house which may mean longer processing times.

Delivery Charges and Timeframes

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery address, and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Once dispatched by us, we rely on our delivery partners to deliver orders within the timeframes they have stated. Unfortunately, we have no control over when your order will actually be delivered.

UK Orders

Most UK orders are posted via Royal Mail, however, we may use other delivery partners. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked or untracked): delivery in 2-3 working days including Saturdays
  • Express Delivery (Tracked or untracked): next-day delivery including Saturdays 
  • Free ‘Standard’ delivery is available on UK orders over £70. Orders must total more than £70 after any discounts or coupon codes are applied.

International Orders

  • Currently, we only deliver within the UK, but hope to deliver internationally soon.

Order Tracking

  • If you have created an account, you can track the status of your order by logging into your My Account page and clicking on the My Orders tab. Your most recent order will be listed first.
  • You can also track the status of your order via our Order Tracking page where you will need to enter your order ID and email address.
  • If tracked delivery is used, once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number provided by our delivery partners to track your order.

Delivery Delays

  • Please note that delivery timeframes may be impacted by UK bank holidays, busy holiday periods such as Christmas, and postal strikes. 
  • As Royal Mail is our primary delivery partner, we strongly suggest that you check their posting cut-off dates for the Christmas holiday season before placing an order as severe delays can occur. Their service updates can be found here.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the timeframes stated, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
  • If items in your order arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to provide your order details and possibly a photo to verify the damage. 
  • We will carefully assess all claims relating to lost or damaged items, which may include launching an investigation with our delivery partner. 
  • In the event of lost or damaged items, we aim to achieve a satisfactory conclusion in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Digital Products

  • Please note that the above information relates to our physical products only.
  • Digital products will normally be accessible immediately upon purchase.
