Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and we offer express payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Other card payment methods may be available but may be restricted to certain regions.

Yes, we offer buy now, pay later via PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay.

We recommend that you check out and complete your order as soon as possible to avoid items selling out. We also recommend that you refresh your cart before attempting to check out if items have been in there for an extended period of time.

Orders & Returns

Orders for physical products are normally dispatched within 2-4 working days but may take longer during product launches, sales, holidays and other busy periods. Personalised/custom orders will usually take longer.

This may not be possible. If you wish to cancel or change your order for a physical product, please contact us at connect@journalsetc.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Due to the nature of digital products, orders for these types of products (non-physical products) cannot be cancelled or changed.

Yes. If you have an account, you can click on the ‘My Account’ menu then ‘My Orders’ to check the status of your order. Or, you can check via the Order Tracking page. Once physical products are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number if a tracked delivery service is used.

We offer tracked shipping for most orders with physical products as we consider this to be a safer option. However, we do offer non-tracked shipping for smaller/lighter products such as bookmarks.

If you have purchased a physical product, then this can be returned within 30 days of delivery, however, terms and conditions apply. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for digital products. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for further details.

Items can take up to 3-4 weeks to be restocked, but this can vary. A waiting list is available for each out-of-stock item, and you can join the waiting list for an item by visiting the product page. We will then notify you via email when the item is back in stock.

Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, we hope to ship internationally very soon!

Our UK delivery options include ‘Standard Delivery’ (normally via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 2nd Class) and ‘Express Delivery’ (normally via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail 1st Class). We may also use other shipping partners or options from time-to-time. More shipping/delivery information can be found here.

Yes, UK orders over £70 (after any discounts or coupon codes are applied) qualify for free ‘Standard Delivery’.

Digital products will normally be available immediately after purchasing.

We normally process and dispatch physical products within 2-4 working days. Once dispatched, ‘Standard Delivery’ orders will normally be delivered in 2-3 working days (including Saturdays), and ‘Express Delivery’ orders will normally be delivered in 1 working day (including Saturdays).

Yes, our normal order processing time of 2-4 working days is included in the Estimated Delivery dates shown. The earliest date shown is the estimated delivery for orders sent via ‘Express Delivery’, and the latest date shown is the latest estimated delivery date for orders sent via ‘Standard Delivery’.
