- Physical gift cards are currently unavailable.
- A digital card/voucher with a unique code will be delivered to the recipient via email.
- Choose from several card designs.
- Choose a gift amount from as low as £10 up to £100.
- E-gift cards are processed differently from other purchases and cannot be added to the shopping cart/basket.
- Purchases can only be made in £ (GBP) Sterling.
- E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Step-by-step guide
- Choose a card design and add a gift amount (minimum £10, maximum £100), then click on ‘Buy’.
- Enter the number of e-gift cards you want to send to the recipient in ‘Quantity’, then enter your name, the recipient’s name, and an optional message to the recipient.
- Enter the recipient’s email address (please ensure this is correct).
- To send your gift today, click on ‘Continue’.
- To send your gift on a future date, click the drop-down arrow next to ‘Send instantly’ and select ‘Send on a future date’. Choose your preferred date and time, then click ‘Continue’.
- Check the order summary and enter your email address.
- Enter your payment details, tick to verify you are human, if prompted, then click ‘Pay now’.
- Visit our online shop and add your items to the shopping cart/basket, the proceed to checkout.
- Apply any discounts/coupon codes before applying your e-gift card.
- In the ‘Order Summary’ section of the checkout, click on ‘Apply gift card’, and enter your e-gift card code.
- Click ‘Apply’ to apply your e-gift card balance to your order and check that it was applied correctly.
- Complete and submit your order.
- If you have any issues redeeming your e-gift card, please contact us.
- Go to the ‘Send an e-gift card’ section and click on ‘Check your gift card balance’.
- Enter your e-gift card code.
- Click on ‘Check balance’.

Yes, currently, our e-gift cards can only be used to purchase items from our online shop.
Visit our online shop and add your desired items to the shopping cart/basket. You can then add your e-gift card code on the checkout page.
The expiry date will be shown on the e-gift card, and will usually be 12 months from the purchase date.
No, our e-gift cards can be partially redeemed. You can keep using your e-gift card until the total balance is fully redeemed.
No, the amount added to our e-gift cards at the time of purchase cannot be topped up. You would need to purchase a new e-gift card.
No, only one e-gift card code can be applied to an order.
Yes, you can apply one of our discount/coupon codes and an e-gift card code to the same order, there is a separate field for each. We recommend applying coupon code discounts first, as this will reduce the order total that will then be deducted from your e-gift card.
Gift cards are generally non-refundable once purchased, unless there is a problem with the card. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Yes. Subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund upon request. If your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be restored to the e-gift card used to make the purchase.
Yes, this may be possible, however, we do charge a small fee for this service. If a replacement is possible, only the unused balance (based on our records) would be transferred to the replacement e-gift card. Contact us to request a replacement.
Unfortunately, no. Our e-gift cards can only be redeemed via our online shop – we do not offer refunds for unused balances.
